[cisco-voip] Group Pickup not picking up

Sounds like you should be using the Pickup button, not the Group
pickup.  

Make sure the ringing phones and the pickup phones are all set to be
part of the same pickup group.  Then just hit pickup (no dialing
necessary).  

Group Pickup is used when you have multiple pickup groups (that are
administratively different) and you want to pickup a call in another
group.

Check the on-line help for more info, it has a great how-to, setup,
services, service paramaters, etc.
