[cisco-voip] MGCP Gatway configuration Commands on 2811

When you added the ccm config command, did it start loading an xml file on
the router?

Make sure the domain name is correct (show ccm, first line) and matches that
configured on CCM, from your config, it should be:

S21HQ-R


Do the following:

conf t
no mgcp
mgcp
