[cisco-voip] MGCP Gatway configuration Commands on 2811

We are having some kind of communication issue between the router and CCM.
The question is, what kind?
At this point, my guess is that there is something wrong with MGCP, either
at a code level or a CCM level.
What is the CCM version? Is it 3.2 or something old?
Do the following.
Debug mgcp packet.
no mgcp and then mgcp again.
Send us the output...
