[cisco-voip] MGCP Gatway configuration Commands on 2811

The router sends its host name as the domain name. If you have an ip
domain-name configured it sends this concatenated with the hostname (
hostname.domain.net).

The Router sends a registration request with its IP to download its config
file via tftp.
