[cisco-voip] FXO Disconnect

[new look]

Dear All,
Could you please tell me what I need to solve the FXO Disconnect Problem
 (When I get a call from outside and the caller cancel the call during the ringing the IP phone remain ringing)
Did I need get any Information from my Telco Company????
Is changing Loop Start or Ground Start affect this problem???
