No.

However, if your gateways are H.323, you can do a translation-pattern (on
the gateway).

Another way to do it is with IPCC Express (or Enterprise). But then we are
getting into some scripting options that get a little twisted (IOW, I don't
know how to do it, however, IPCC can look at ANI info and you can act on
that variable and re-route the call).
