[cisco-voip] Issues adding phones with BAT and BAT phone templates going bad

When you say, 'But tried to insert more later, and the insert failed,' do
you mean that you tried to insert from the original file, or from a new one?

It seems likely that there was a problem with the original file.

I would create a new one to re-add the ones that failed the first go around.
