[cisco-voip] My RMCM service not starting

My IPCCx 4.0.1sr1 stopped working this morning.  I have rebooted a
couple times.  It looks like the RMCM service won't start..... any
ideas?

 

I'm on hold just trying to get to Cisco TAC
