[cisco-voip] Cisco OS 4.4

So, I am getting more and more confused by the day...

I am running OS2000.4.2sr10... Should I upgrade or, like OS4.3a, is this for
a specific model of server?

I read the readme, and I can't tell if it is for a specific server release
or should be installed on all recent 7825/35/45s...
