[cisco-voip] IPCC 3.5(2) with Nuance TTS - Historical Reporting

Calls show up in the real-time report, but only half of them show up in the
historical reporting. Cust does not have SP1 installed (when we tried to
install SP1, the RASCAL server stopped working).
Cust had a time/date problem (incorrect on the server), but has not
restarted the engine since correcting, having user restart the engine to see
if that corrects the problem.
Any ideas if it doesn't?
