i keep getting this error in the event logs 

SS3017 Max simultaneous calls = 0, total_calls = 0, stores = 0, retrieves = 0, start time = 08:32:24 02/06/06, current time = 09:32:24 02/06/06


and we are having issue where sometimes we are not able to dial out to the pstn, but when this happens we are able to get incomming call fine 

just trying to see if this message has something to do with it
