Hi,
I have an IPCC 3.5(2) server co-resident with my call manager. I would
like to use the Agent Desktop applications but after an install when I
start the Agent application I get an authentication error trying to
connect to \\CALLMANAGER\DESKTOP_CONFIG\
<file:///\\CALLMANAGER\DESKTOP_CONFIG\> for an ini file.
The Call Manager is not a member of my Windows Domain so client computer
can not authenticate with it. I tried adding Anonymous login to the
share and security settings but I was still unable to open that
directory.
Are IPCC servers usually members of the windows domain like Unity?
