[cisco-voip] CM 4.1.3sr1 to sr2

The problem is that I have multiple Jtapi users (each called different
things) one for each application (Berbee, Traverse, IPCCx, etc).

I know the Traverse one for sure all of a sudden has Phones, CTI ports,
and route points associated that was not associated before. Now I'm
going through and unassociating those phone, cti ports and RP.

The user your application uses is configured on the application not
in the CM. How would a CM upgrade change your application config?

Has anyone had any problems with upgrading CM 4.1.3sr1 to sr2 that is
integrated with AD.

It seems after the upgrade my JTAPI Users got messed up. I don't
know how, but it looks like they are all using the same Jtapi User
for all the different application I have that use JTAPI which is
causing application to fail.

Can someone confirm or deny?
