[cisco-voip] Unity Connection

Hi there,

Have a Unity Connection server configured in the lab with demo license, with
latest SR. I'm running into an oddball problem I thought I would run past
the list and see if anyone has heard of this even in the regular Unity
product..

I'm basically having trouble with transfering a call within unity. When I
call the pilot number and get the opening greeting from an "outside"
extension (in this case, calling from another cluster over intercluster
trunk) I am able to dial another extension and Unity will transfer me
properly. If I dial into the pilot number from an "inside" phone and get to
the opening greeting (either directly or going from a menu), and then dial a
number that has a mailbox it just transfers me to the greeting for that
mailbox... regardless of what I have set up in that user's transfer
settings.

I tried setting up an internal phone with the same CSS as the intercluster
trunk, just to rule that out.. still does the same thing.

I dont have this problem on the normal Unity product at all, we use Unity in
a number of areas as a front end answering board. If the user's transfer
settings are configured correctly, it works as it should. Not sure if its a
bug, working as intended, or i'm just missing something (probable:)

Thanks!
