I have a question for the group regarding billing. If you have a billing date that ends January 31st at midnite, do you include calls that are initiated before this time or only end before this time? For example, if you have a call that begins at 11:55pm and ends at 5am on the 1st of February, does that call get charged to the January or February bill?
We currently use the initiated before criteria and wait until the next day at midnite to cut the CDRs to file to have an exhaustive list of calls. What are other people doing for this?
