[cisco-voip] BAT keeps saying "mac address may contain only 12 Characters, check record number 2"

Hi all,
i am using the .xlt provided by ccm to add lines in existing phones.

Every time i try to add one line (just for test) to an existing phone i 
keep getting "mac address may contain only 12 Characters, check record 
number 2"

I thing i 'll go crazy with this message...
