[cisco-voip] BAT keeps saying "mac address may contain only 12 Characters, check record number 2"

The obvious answer here would be to make sure whatever data you have  
in the mac address column is 12 hex characters :)

Can you send the file you are trying to import and the version of CM  
and BAT you are using?
