[cisco-voip] How can I increase the no. of rings when I recieved another call on the waiting?

Dear all,
  when I have a call and I recieved anothe the CCM ring twice for the guy that called me and then give him busy or massage So
  How can I increase the no. of  rings when I recieved another call on the waiting?
