[cisco-voip] RTMT counter issues - 4.0(2a)es70

Anyone seen this with RTMT alerts before? Got some
alerts at 11:18am below, but no issues and no errors
in logs from that time and nothing dropped. BTW, On
the ES for bug id CSCef32166. 

Number of registered phones in the cluster drops 10
Percent.
Current monitored precanned object has decreased by
100 percent. 

Number of registered gateways decreased .
Current monitored precanned object has decreased by
33.

This is what is in DeviceLogs in the RTMTlogger
folder, at 11:10 counters are normal, but at 11:20 and
beyond something happened knocking them off.
