[cisco-voip] CallManager Tone Configuration

Dear All,
I was wondering if the tone heard from IP Phone can be configured in
CallManager?
'Cuz one of my customer complained that the IP Phones they are using which
are registered to different CallManagers present different tone when
off-hook. I read the CCM admin guide but didn't find anything about this,
only the locale might affect the tone. Does anyone have idea how to fix it?
Any comment would be grateful. Thanks a lot~
