[cisco-voip] Call Handler

Scott,
We have to do the same thing on alot of our call handlers that transfer off
system. I don't know of any way around it.. would be interested also if
anyone knows a better way to do it.
Might be a good thing to put a feature request for up on CIPTUG - assuming
there isnt already but I dont recall seeing one. We'd put some votes on it
for sure.
