[cisco-voip] Attendant Console line status issue

Attendant Console can not have the same DN configured on the Attendants
Phone, regardless of partitions. Basically Attendant Console ignores
partitions.
Associated with AC user:
Attendant Console Hunt Group
Attendant Console Users Phones
I have never seen an instance where an IP Phone status didn't display
correctly in Attendant Console.
PS. When you make changes to Attendant Console Hunt Group/Pilot Point
etc., restarting TCD is required.

Update to this... the tcd trace shows the line status updates being sent
to client.
Found out the way they have a lot of their phones set up is line 1 is DN
1234 in partition1 and line 2 is same DN 1234 but in partition2. From
reading docs this sounds like it may be not good, but apparently this
supposedly has worked in past for awhile with no problem.
Stopping/starting TCD or rebooting the CCM server seems to get it
working for awhile again.
Do all the people in directory and speed dials need to be associated to
the ac user for line status to work?
I haven't had to do this before and can't find it in docs anywhere but
just checking. I am going to get a sniffer trace from client PC. The
users in the speed dial are good in the user directory (all fields
filled out correctly with telephone # that matches the IP phone
extension).
