[cisco-voip] Analog line / FXO Port issues

We use mgcp, so I don't know whether h323 gateways matter for the
setup. The docs say "Valid device types for route group are Analog
Access, Digital Access T1, Digital Access PRI, MGCP gateways and H.225
(Network side) devices." The devices we selected for this treatment are
the analog lines, such as described below.
