[cisco-voip] Cannot add 1 line with BAT

Hi all,
i am new in BAT, allthough i have been using CCM for the past 2 years.
 I want to add for test purposes 1 line to a phone which has a device 
profile with 2 lines. Only one of these is configured. What am i doing 
wrong? I keep getting

"mac address may contain only 12 Characters, check record number 2"

This is the csv file that the excel sheet has produced:
