Below is the page you want. From my experience, you
will need the latest permissions wizard and run it and
may need to update unity with some ES's depending on
your setup perhaps. You may want to update unity to
4.1(1) first.

Note, this in the above:

Caution Before you install Windows Server 2003 Service
Pack 1 on the Cisco Unity server(s) and on the partner
Exchange 2003 server, you may need to install a Cisco
Unity engineering special or run the latest version of
the Cisco Unity Permissions wizard. For more
information, refer to the tech note Windows 2003 SP 1
Causes Cisco Unity 4.0(4) and 4.0(5) to Lose
Communication with Exchange 2003 at
