[cisco-voip] Event Viewer Application Log Errors

There are no simple answers to either of these messages.

The MtpNoMoreResourcesAvailable message means that CCM tried to invoke
a Transcoder or MTP device during a call and there wasn't one
available. This could be due to a Transcoder or MTP device
unregistering, the device has used all its resources which means you
will want to consider adding another or it could be that one of the
devices involved in the call doesn't have the resources assigned.
Typically this will result in the call being dropped, depending on what
is requesting the resources. For example, I have seen before where MoH
is being invoked to a device across a WAN and the MoH steam needs to be
G.729. If G.729 has not been enabled for the MoH server and there is
no Transcoder available then the MtpNoMoreResourcesAvailable message
will appear but the call won't drop (you just won't hear MoH). CCM
traces are the best thing to look at when this occurs.

Devices will abnormally unregister to CCM due to network related issues
or CPU issues on the Primary CCM causing missing SCCP KeepAlives.
Again CCM traces are a good place to start. This recent thread
discusses initial troubleshooting steps for unregistering devices by
looking at the "Last=" information from the phone when it registers to
its secondary CCM.

Make sure to enable Detailed CCM traces on all nodes in the cluster.
Then when one of these errors occurs gather the traces from that time
frame. If you are not familiar with the traces then maybe someone on
this list will have time to help or you can open a TAC case to review
the traces.
