[cisco-voip] IPCC VoIP Monitor

I recall this list or theres another list for IPCC
Express 4.x that add endpoint monitoring from users
desktop. Before IPCC Express 4.x all monitoring needed
a span port on a switch, etc but that changed in IPCC
Express 4.x and now theres the span port method as
well as endpoint monitoring.
