[cisco-voip] FXO ports hanging issue

Gee, have we had this problem?

Hmmm...

Well, we have a customer with a couple of sites, all on 2821s, and we have
been hitting the bug...

If you do a:

term mon

test voice port 0/1/1 codec-debug 100 0

You will see 4-character hex output if you are hitting the bug (normally,
you see 2-character hex output)...

And yes, the only fix is a reboot... Cisco says they are 'working on it,' so
we are not expecting a fix any time soon.
