[cisco-voip] FXO ports hanging issue

Check the details of the following bug id's.
CSCsc11833 and CSCsc49979. If it is first one, you may
want to try to re-seat your PVDMs.
What version IOS are you on? Have caller-id enabled on
the FXOs? Theres also a bus-error crash bug,
CSCsc39557 but that should only effect you if you have
caller id enabled.
