[cisco-voip] IPCC VoIP Monitor

While the agent issue is probably correct, as far as the recording is
concerned, it is just grabbing the RTP stream, so the IPC should work as
normal...
You just need to span the port to the monitoring port... but you will prob
need to trunk them to the server...
