[cisco-voip] CallForwarding stopped working

For apparently no reason, no one can forward calls from their phones,
from ccmadmin, or ccmuser. The screen no longer shows "Forwarded to: "
and when calls come in, they only go to the phone dialed, but not to the
line calls have been forwarded to. However, calls continue to be
forwarded to voicemail after no-answer....
Is there a service which may need to be restarted? I am at a loss....
