[cisco-voip] Load Balancing 4 IVRs

I don't remember the exact formulas I used, but I know if you poke around in
the formula editor, you can find several values that indicate number of
ports in use, calls to each destination etc.  These values will allow you to
customize almost to a single call how well you want to balance.

has anyout there did a load balance for four IVRs on the ICM in the ICM
Script

i was wondering if any did.. do you guys have the formulas you used in the
Translataion Route or can refer to me to a document where it helps me in
that..

i have been searching on cisco, but with no use...
