[cisco-voip] get a tftp timeout error

Have you tried doing an ethereal packet capture of the tftp session to see
which device is causing the issue?

our new phone are getting tftp timeout.  we have cme 3.3.  the ip phone
start up and download the new firmware from the cme and then on the reboot
is when we get the time out.  all tftp files are in place on the flash and
pointers are in the config  we have phone up.   I also tried 3 other new ip
phone out the box  and they all do the same thing.....gw ios ver is 12.4.3a
