[cisco-voip] New Compatibility Matrix and CCM 5.0(1)

Thank you Cisco for making everything depended on everything else.  Not
only is IPCCx need to be upgraded, but Unity also needs to be upgraded
if you want to upgrade to CM 5.x.  As if a CM upgrade wasn't long enough
we have to upgrade everything else.  Make for a really long day.

Looks like Cisco finally updated their Compatibility Matrix and the
new matrix includes CCM 5.0(1) along with a release date of next
Monday Feb. 6.
