[cisco-voip] CCM GW to PBX interface

I am needing to enhance my skill and understanding of the cisco ios gateway, H.323 and MGCP interface
to a PBX.  Does anyone have a recommendation for a low cost pbx that would allow for a t1 to the cisco box and
a few fxs phone ports?  This is for a lab type setup environment.
