I do not believe that is TAC supported.
You are better to make a Call handler and then use call routing rules if
you don't have an extension that it is coming to.
IE> setup a call handler that will be your (NEW) default call Handler.
Place it in your direct calls routing and place it just above your
(Unity) default Call Handler. Set it to enable, Call type both, and
send call to call handler. This should take care of you.
Scott
PS. I may be wrong but I believe Unity works like CM. Best case
routing.

Mohammed,
I had somewhat similar situation to get rid of the default message...
Commserver\Localize\Prompts\ENU\AvAddrSearch\AvAddrSearchENU003.WAV. -
This is a blank announcement.
\Commserver\Localize\Prompts\ENU\AvPHGreet\AvPhGreetENU005.WAV - This is
"Please wait while I transfer your call".
I renamed AvAddrSearchENU003.WAV to AvPhGreetENU005.WAV and paste in the
location to get rid of "Please wait while I transfer your call".

Subject: [cisco-voip] Newbie question
Dear All
I am just learning about Cisco call manager and Unity..i have a basic
question,i request anyone to lift me from this.
In the unity server, ver 4.0(3), we have call handler. There are default
call handlers- especially iam intersted in opening greeting. The caller
is greeted by this handler.
Here itself, we can customize the greeting such that ...press 1 for
sales,,press 2 for tech etc..
In the caller input.
Then why we need to configure call routing ? This is my doubt.Which
takes priority ? Opening greeting or Call routing ?
Infact i modified the greeting in the opening greeting handler and if i
call unity - still it plays the default unity greeting only,.Where iam
wrong ?
I also went to call routing, added a rule that anyone calling should
goto a main handler. In the main handler i recorded a greeting and
allowed caller input.,.In the caller input,,i selected to ring an
extension..still no hopes..
Basically my requirement is to greet callers and forward to an
extension..The integration is done and voice mail is working..Call
manager version is 3.3
Also one more thing is call routing according to DNIS is not supported
it seems with call manager 3.3 and unity 4.0(3)
pls help
Regards
Mohamed.
