[cisco-voip] Having problem with 911

Thank for the reply and I agree with you..  but we have three site right now
that is having this problem and the common ground is that we install all 3
projects

There is no way for call manager to "auto" add anything unless you tell it
to 

Currently we have route patterns for 911 and 9.911.  The only issue is
peopole not paying attention and dialing 911 when trying dial a long
distance number.

Is there know issue withcreating route pattern for 911.  We are creating.
911 and 9.911.  When users are dialing 911. They say that. 91 will auto add
the other 1.
