you may also want to turn this service parameter on. supposedly it will include all translations that are not ordinarily included.

Digit Analysis Complexity : This parameter allows the user to toggle between two modes; that is, StandardAnalysis and TranslationAndAlternatePatternAnalysis. The TranslationAndAlternatePatternAnalysis mode gives information about the Translation pattern and the Alternate matches in the CCM Traces while finding a match for a pattern. The valid values for this field follow:
      -- StandardAnalysis
      -- TranslationAndAlternatePatternAnalysis

      This is a required field.
      Default: StandardAnalysis.

A Translation Pattern or Route Pattern of 91 could do this if the called party is changed to 911. Would seem strange that something like this would be configured though. There are no issues where CCM would change 91 to 911. Either there is a user related issue as noted below or a config issue. CCM traces will show you what the users dial when this problem occurs.

    James,

There is no way for call manager to "auto" add anything unless you tell it to

Currently we have route patterns for 911 and 9.911. The only issue is peopole not paying attention and dialing 911 when trying dial a long distance number.

    Thanks,

Is there know issue withcreating route pattern for 911. We are creating. 911 and 9.911. When users are dialing 911. They say that. 91 will auto add the other 1.
