[cisco-voip] Duplicated DN name problem

Sounds like that DN has been assigned to a device previously and that
device has been deleted. In this case the DN is not deleted from the
DB but is labeled as unassigned. Go to CCMAdmin > Route Plan > Route
Plan Report. Select "Unassigned DN" in the Find pull down. Perform a
search for the DN 1648. You can select it from the search results and
Delete it. Now you will be able to add the pattern.
