[cisco-voip] Errors on both Pub and Sub

Running CCM 3.3(2) flat, and we are getting the following error:

The Open Procedure for service "ISAPISearch" in DLL

It comes in about 10 times a second.

The indexing service is disabled.

Any ideas?
