[cisco-voip] CM 3.3(4) adding hardware MTP and CFB with same MAC

Sorry, this is for 3.3(3) not 3.3(4) which doesn't have the "enhanced ios"
conference bridge and transcoder which can be configured with a name that
matches in IOS and CallManager.
I know I have done this in 3.3(3) before cuz I have a bunch of IOS configs
that has:
dspfarm transcoder maximum sessions 2
dspfarm confbridge maximum sessions 2
but I can't remember how to configure it in CM.
