Do the as5350/5400/5850 media gateways support the NI-3 style of
calling name (CNAM) delivery?  My carrier delivers this in a delayed
facility message which arrives shortly after the PRI setup message. 
This behavior requires that an invite not be sent to the proxy until
it's waited for a bit.

My experience has been that Lucent MAX cannot handle this, but
Asterisk can (I'd rather not use Asterisk for media gateways).  SS7 is
not an option at this point.
