[cisco-voip] issue with fxs disconnecting

We are running into an issue with our fxs ports..  they dial out and and you
can dial in but our faxes are disconnecting.  And our technicians are
getting disconnected when they dial into sometime like a pbx box or another
modem.   I ask a similar question last week.   And Scott mention something
about passthrough setting.  We are running mgcp on cm 4.1.3.  I didn't find
where to mod this configuration.  I hope someone else has seen this issue
