[cisco-voip] Busy trigger forward reason when going to unity

Not exactly what you are after but we have set up a Softkey Template for
our users with Unity Voicemail, under the 'Ring In' call state we have
'IDivert' selected.
Then when a call comes in you have the ability to be able to press the
'Idivert' softkey, this then puts the caller straight through to
voicemail.

Any way to do call manager so if i am on phone and get another call and
dont answer that the call go to unity with forward reason busy instead
ringno answer? We kno about busy tigger 1 and call waiting but some
phones only have 1 line.
