[cisco-voip] Clocking on T1 connecting two Routers

You need to check with your provider/carrier to see if
they provide clock or not on the circuit. By default,
the router is line clocking which is fine if the
carrier/provider is supplying clock. If they are not,
then on one side you'll need to supply clock on the
T1.
