What version of Unity are you running?  It appears you need at least
Unity 4.1(1)....

Well I have installed the plugin on the BES server, and now when I view
a voicemail within my inbox on my blackberry I see a URL.
 
The following is the first part of the URL:
 
http://ipaddressofunityserver/BAP/AvBAPExtSvr.dll?
 
I see no reference to this BAP and AvBAPExtSvr.dll on Unity or when I
search google or Cisco's site.  Anyone have any ideas?  Figured its a
service or something I don't have installed on the Unity server but I am
unable to find what it is.  Anyone have any ideas?
