[cisco-voip] IPCC Express - Record a Play Prompt

I believe there is a script you can set up that will let you record up to 10
prompts on the IPCC system directly. We used one in training to record some
prompts, but i'm a little fuzzy on where it came from. So you'd probably
just set up a trigger/application etc to use for it while you need it and
point it at that script. I'm working on getting a test system setup now for
our own use, if I can locate it i'll pass it along. Might be one of the
built in ones.
