All of the services that they access when in extension mobility are
subscribed to and setup under the device profile for that EM user.
This is completely separate from the hard phone. So, any speed dials
or services that you would like set up on the EM phone as well as the
hard phone would need to be set up in both places.

OK, got a customer, they use extension mobility. When they login to another
phone their speed dials do not come up (the button speed dials) and they get
an error when they access the Personal Address book.
Errror: -7ffbffcf: User was unable to be validated....
I have unsubscribed them and resubscribed them from the Address Book
service.
No luck.
However, when they access these services from their main phone, they have no
problems...
