[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1 set defaults for Multiple Call / Call Waiting Settings?

Can I configure a custom default value for the Multiple Call / Call
Waiting Settings within CCM 4.1?

For example with 7960's the default is:
Maximum Number of Calls  4
Busy Trigger  2

I would like to change this value to 5 and 3 respectively, however, I
do not want to have to remember to change it for each new user.
