[cisco-voip] CallManager Reporting Solution

I'm looking for a good CallManager reporting solution for our
implementation.  CAR is pretty basic and really doesn't meet enterprise
requirements for reporting.

We currently have multiple clusters (2 CDR databases), one which
services 2 sites and the other which services 3.  I'd like to find a
reporting solution that will:

 - provide a web based interface for on-demand report generation
   
 - provide daily/weekly/monthly call reports for:
   - on a per-site basis as well as national
   - various departments within a site

 - provide multi-level access for managers to:
   - generate reports on their departments ONLY
   - search call records within their departments ONLY

Any suggestions?
